My goal is simple, to enhance your fitness experience through inspiration, leadership and health. I became a fitness instructor in 2013 because I wanted to reach, help and inspire more people to see fitness as fun and empowering! I love everything that other leaders of the fitness community speak of and stand for. Becoming a personal trainer has helped me stretch and grow my abilities as an instructor, trainer, leader, coach and overall person. I have made incredible friendships and relationships and am blessed to call fitness my job.
I'm happily married with 4 awesome kids and I also serve as an Infantry Officer in the Army NG where maintaining a high level of fitness is important for unit readiness. I live my passion for health and fitness as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I love meeting new people who are interested in having a good time while getting a great workout.
I love workouts that are designed to bring out your "inner athlete," including sport and plyometric drills and high intensity interval training. My goal as an instructor is to get the most out of you - to bring out the strength and potential you don't even know you have. I'll teach you how to push yourself to the limit while enjoying every minute of it.
My focus is to introduce people to a positive experience with the goal of being healthy and fit for life. I am proud to provide others with direction, support, motivation and accountability. I love to workout, be fit and enjoy being a proponent of Fitness to others.
