Fitness Training That Gets Results!
Get a Lean, Toned and Attractive Body!

Ever Changing Workouts, Quality Personal Group Training and Revolutionary Fitness Ranking System, You Will Get Into The Best Shape of Your Life!
  • Are you tired of working hard and not reaching your fitness goals?
  • Are you tired of going to the gym and still not seeing any changes in your body?
  • Are you tired of trying all those different diets but the weight just doesn't seem to come off?  If so, you have come to the right place.

What is FitRanX?
FitRanX is a comprehensive and standardized ranking system used for gauging individuals’ fitness levels. This is not a system based on how long you have been at a facility or how much your trainer thinks you have improved. This is a REAL ranking system that took years to develop and perfect.

How does the rank system work?
FitRanX works through standardized fitness testing. There are 8 fitness levels with corresponding colors that represent each level. That means a level 5 in Bozeman, MT has to accomplish the same thing as a level 5 in New York, NY or  London, England.

Fitness Testing?
In order for you to progress from one level to the next, you must participate in a fitness test that uses specific exercises to determine strength within the exercises’ respective muscle groups. There is also a conditioning portion required for each level’s advancement. Through scientific testing and years of development of this revolutionary fitness ranking system, these exercises have been proven to allow you to demonstrate personal fitness growth in each major muscle group, as well as cardiovascular conditioning.  As you pass through each fitness level you will earn the color of your corresponding fitness level in RanX Band form whenever you are at the facility or out in town.

CrossFit is Awesome.  What makes this program different? Is it like CrossFit? Here are the ways this program differs from CrossFit:
  •  Focus in on field performance, not gym performance: CrossFit is “the sport of fitness” – and gym numbers/exercises are paramount. We instead focus on functional fitness.  This allows us to constantly modify/change/improve our programs as we learn and evolve.

  • Programming Detail: Training sessions are thoroughly periodized, programmed and designed. Nothing is random about our training sessions.

  • Fluid Periodization: Training mesocycles have a cyclic emphasis which rotates between strength, work capacity, stamina, endurance and durability. To our knowledge, typical CrossFit programming does not deploy periodization or mesocycles of any type.
  •  Bias toward Strength: Training programming has a bias towards relative strength, as opposed to the work capacity emphasis of CrossFit programming.

  • Volume and Training Session Length: Programming pushes more volume, and its training sessions are longer than typical CrossFit WOD’s. Strength and Work Capacity, sessions are designed to be 60 minutes long. Stamina and Endurance Sessions can be 60-120 minutes long.

  • Durability Included: Mobility and durability drills are included in these training sessions, sometimes worked into strength circuits, and sometimes worked into durability-only circuits.

  • Focused Core Strength Training: Several sessions included dedicated and focused core strength training circuits. We believe a strong midsection is essential to durability and our programming reflects this.

  • Not every training session or circuit is a race: Circuits or other training session parts which are “for time” or are to be sprinted through are clearly indicated in this training plan. Unless the training plan calls for “for time” or “sprint effort” work briskly, not frantically. In general, these sprint efforts will be relegated to parts of Work Capacity training sessions.
