ARMY BASIC COMBAT TRAINING (BCT) PREPARATION
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Take part in 6-week training plan designed to train specifically for Basic Combat Training (BCT), commonly known as boot camp. Its focuses are calisthenic exercises, rucking, and improving your Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) score. This program is largely scaled to individual performance, so it can be completed regardless of initial physical condition. Training program is scaled to individual ability and progresses (harder) week by week. It is designed to be started 6 weeks directly before shipping off to BCT.
