Consistency is the key to achieving success, thus my approach is simple and sustainable.  My training will transform your body, get you noticed, and leave you feeling great.  Based on your individual goals I will customize your training program to emphasize strength, balance, mobility, lean muscle gain, fat loss or cardio conditioning.

Muscle is among the most overlooked system of the body as it relates to preventative health.  Building healthy muscle goes way beyond aesthetics, bodybuilding, and looking 'ripped'.  When addressing fitness and nutrition, we tend to hyper focus on the calorie reduction and cardio for fat loss and don't realize the importance of muscle quality and impact of having too little muscle. 

Muscle has an extraordinary influence on your health and longevity such as hormone

balance, regulating blood sugar, bone strength, stress resiliency, and weight management.   Being a proponent of a muscle based approach to weight loss and health optimization, the importance of proper and individualized resistance training is the first step in addressing your health and fitness goals.  While building muscle alone isn't a miracle cure for health or the single answer for you to achieve your goal, building and maintaining muscle is one way to prevent and preserve good health.

10 - 1 Hour Sessions:
   * Groups of 2:     $20 / Person / Session - $400
   * Groups of 3:     $15 / Person / Session - $450
   * Groups of 4+    $12 / Person / Session - $480
