Fit for the Holidays
My famous Fit for the Holidays program is designed to guarantee that you won't gain that 5-10 pounds of ugly fat that most people do during the holidays.
We have an entire system laid out for you over the holidays to make sure you don't gain 10 pounds of fat. So if you want to guarantee success, this is for you!

- This is a 31-day program, starting on Thanksgiving Day (November 24) and finishing on Christmas Eve (December 24)
- Start with a reward meal on Thanksgiving Day (but you'll need to earn it with a workout!).
- We'll have a reward meal about every 5 days, with some flexibility to swap days to coincide with any holiday parties you'll be attending. See! I'm not a Scrooge. :)
- Workouts will be about 30 minutes with options to do more if you'd like. Again, perfect for the busy season when your time is at a premium.
- Here's where the fun begins: you'll have a support partner (you can choose your partner if you wish) and each week there will be a challenge where you can win a prize!
- You'll need a pedometer or a pedometer app on your phone. You may be asked to track steps on some days.
- You must be willing to log as directed.
- You'll receive access to a private Facebook support group for coaching and support.
- No photo shoot necessary...but you'll look amazing in those ugly sweater photos! Hehe.
