What is METCON (Metabolic Conditioning)?
Metabolic conditioning is an intense circuit-style workout that is a very popular training method used in the fitness industry today. METCON uses both strength training exercises and anaerobic exercises. Workouts are setup in a circuit style workout usually consisting of 6 to 10 exercises performed in multiple rounds, with limited rest.


Warm-Up – Active Warm Up of your choice.  Here is a suggested warm-up
  • Warm Up: 2x through
  • :30 butt kicks
  • 10 easy burpees (walk through them)
  • 10 air squats
  • 20 jumping jacks
  • 5 inch worms
