Post-Natal ToningCongrats! You have given birth to a bundle of joy and now you want to get back to your pre-baby shape. This 12 week program is designed to help you build a foundation of strength and endurance, while also changing your body composition to help lose the excess baby weight. This plan should be started no less than 4 weeks post partum.

Fit For Life Training ProgramFit for life is a complete body conditioning programming that included strength training, cardio cross-training and cardio interval training. Designed to build and maintain a foundation of strength, improve cardiovascular efficiency and endurance along with increased flexibility. Individualized programming is set in 12 week blocks performed 5-6 days a week.
